Tire Performance
As the only part of the vehicle in contact with the ground, the performance of tires directly affects the safety of drivers and passengers. The importance of tire performance can be imagined. Therefore, various countries have made clear requirements for tire safety performance. With the rapid development of the automobile industry, consumers begin to pay attention to the comfort, handling stability, NVH and other performances of the whole vehicle in addition to the safety performance of tires.
The first type is the safety performance mandatory by the regulations: high speed, durability, ring unseating, strength, and outer edge size;
The second category is the performance of tires assembled to the whole vehicle for testing: comfort, handling stability, NVH, fuel economy, impact resistance, dry and wet braking performance, wear performance, etc;
The third type is the single tire performance test to study the performance of tire monomer or tire assembled to the whole vehicle: static grounding pressure distribution, rolling resistance, tire rigidity, tire monomer noise, tire mode, Prat, six component force test, odor, air tightness, environmental protection, tire dynamic balance uniformity, etc.
